Types of Training Accreditation

The AIOBP system of training accreditation applies to the following:

  • Accreditation of organizations or institutions for credentialing or certifying Trainers and Coaches in psychology based curriculums.
  • Accreditation of psychology based training and coaching methodologies or curriculums.
  • Accreditation of organizations or institutions which develop Master Trainers and Master Coaches who credential others.

The Importance of Accreditation

Accredited International Training and Coaching Curriculums share the vision and goals of AIOBP to improve business through psychology and have a competent process or methodology to truly make a difference. This assures the public that AIOBP accredited programs and instructions will provide real value and results for their training or coaching efforts.

To ensure the standard of excellence accredited organizations or methodologies have successfully completed all requirements of the international training or coaching accreditation process. Additionally, they demonstrate a readiness to develop organizations within the educational framework and principles of AIOBP, to provide leadership and expertise to trainers or coaches who will be certified and share in the accreditation through your organization. They will also be able to implement the highest international standard in training, coaching and organizational development.

The AIOBP Credentialing Program:

  • Establishes and administers minimum standards for credentialing professional trainers and coaches.
  • Assures the public that trainers and coaches trained by AIOBP accredited organizations meet or exceed these minimum standards.

Accreditation process for Curriculum Developer

The AIOBP Process for Accreditation of psychology based Training Programs and Curriculums

  • Training Curriculum Developer to read the criteria for Training Program accreditation.
  • Training Curriculum Developer to complete and submit application to AIOBP.
  • AIOBP to review Training Curriculum for accreditation and benchmark application criteria.
  • AIOBP to assess uniqueness and feasibility of the Training Curriculum.
  • AIOBP to complete benchmarking and reach an accreditation decision and give written notice to Training Developer.
