The American
Institute of Business Psychology was founded by Dr. Francis
Edward Casteel on March 6th, 1999. Dr. Casteel holds the title
of Executive Director of the AIOBP and is continually improving
upon his original thesis at Stanford University on the Psychology
of Work. Dr. Casteel is a graduate of Purdue University with a
PhD. in Psychology from Stanford University.
He has worked for
the US government Think Tank, and was selected to run the US
Task Force on Stress at Work. He later worked with the
Rockefeller Foundation to do similar work.
As Executive
Director he is now responsible for managing funding
and contributing to numerous programs that deliver the promises
of the AIOBP.
