Training accreditation

For unique training programs that certify others as trainers, practitioners or facilitators — from leadership development and emotional intelligence to sales psychology, team dynamics and change management.

Your program qualifies if it has:

• A psychology foundation — grounded in organizational psychology, behavioral science or applied psychology
• Competency-based outcomes — specific, measurable behavioral competencies, not just knowledge
• A systematic, documented methodology — reproducible across facilitators and locations
• Trainer/facilitator guides and participant manuals in a prescribed learning format
• At least one class running or completed
• Assessment methods that evaluate learners against defined competencies

Coaching accreditation

For coaching methodologies and coach-development programs. AIOBP also recognizes coaches credentialed by the ICF and the UK-based IIC who have received coach-specific training, logged the designated experience hours, and hold current credentials.

Two pathways:

• Methodology accreditation — your coaching curriculum is reviewed against the psychological competency standard
• Credential recognition — ICF / IIC credentialed coaches join directly as Certified Professional Members

Consulting accreditation

Consulting methodology accreditation is the first measure for credentialing consultant certifications — it identifies the unique process by which your consulting strategy is carried out and implemented, and verifies its psychological foundation.
